About Me
Alongside my role as CEO of a large, health-focused not-for-profit overseeing a nine-figure portfolio, I’ve coached leaders across healthcare, public service, and nonprofit sectors. While leading complex systems is fulfilling, coaching is where I feel most energized—working one-on-one with purpose-driven professionals who want to lead with greater intention.
I draw on over a decade of military service, senior executive experience, and board leadership to support leaders navigating real-world challenges. My approach blends strategy and self-awareness through a co-active coaching lens grounded in lived leadership.
