About Me
My journey started in the medical field as a certified medical assistant and substance abuse counselor, where I witnessed firsthand how many people were surviving but not truly living. After years of giving to others, I hit a breaking point that led me to turn inward, heal deeply, and reimagine what wholeness really means. Now, I help others do the same. I work with individuals navigating transitions, emotional overwhelm, and cycles of self-betrayal — guiding them to reclaim their voice, set boundaries without guilt, and build the discipline to love themselves out loud.

The Inspiration Behind My Work
I know what it feels like to pour into everyone else and still feel unseen to be successful on paper but silently unraveling. I realized healing wasn’t just about surviving trauma; it was about learning to trust myself again.
This work chose me. Every client I coach is a mirror, and I help them do the deep, uncomfortable, but freeing work of coming home to themselves with grace, strategy, and soul.
