I have lived and worked in the resort city of Tagaytay in Cavite, Philippines for nearly three decades. Known for its cool climate and sweeping views of the Taal Caldera, Tagaytay has long been a destination for travelers seeking both relaxation and reflection. Spending most of my life here has given me a deep familiarity with the area’s culture, hospitality traditions, and the needs of visitors who come to experience its beauty.

For more than twenty years, I built my career in the hospitality industry, welcoming guests from around the world. From 2008 to 2020, I worked as a manager at Bion Giorno Italian Restaurant, a well-known dining destination in Tagaytay. During this time, I focused on creating memorable dining experiences and ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and well cared for.

I later continued my work in tourism and hospitality as a manager at The Lake Hotel Tagaytay from 2021 to 2024. Overlooking the scenic Taal Lake and Volcano, the hotel attracts travelers seeking both comfort and one of the most iconic views in the Philippines. My years there allowed me to assist countless visitors in discovering the charm of Tagaytay and the surrounding region.

Today, I bring my experience in hospitality and my local knowledge into my role as a travel coach, helping visitors explore Tagaytay with a deeper appreciation for its landscapes and cultural character. 

I also operate a small local shop near the Adoration Convent of Divine Mercy, a Catholic monastery and chapel run by the Holy Spirit Adoration Sisters. The convent is widely known as one of the most peaceful places in Tagaytay and is often visited by pilgrims and travelers seeking quiet reflection and prayer. The sisters who live there are affectionately known as the “Pink Sisters,” named for their rose-colored religious habit that symbolizes joy and devotion to the Holy Spirit.
